Seven complimentary nights based on original room category booked up to the Concierge Level and unlimited wedding events, including a one hour cocktail and two hour dinner. The bride and groom will also enjoy a room upgrade up to Concierge Level.

Group Benefits below are contingent based on a signed Group Contract of a minimum of 5 rooms with initial deposit.
COMPLIMENTARY ROOM NIGHTS*
The Bride and Groom will receive one (1) complimentary room night for every ten (10) room nights paid up to seven (7) room nights.
UPGRADES
Bride and Groom will receive one (1) complimentary room upgrade to the next available room category (up to Concierge Level) when booking 25 rooms or more. (Reservations must have a minimum of 3 nights or equivalent to 75 room nights. Subject to space and availability of the resort. If the Bride and Groom have already booked a Concierge Level room or a Suite, then they will have the option to pass the "upgrade" to a family member for the same number of nights booked.)
PRIVATE FUNCTIONS**
5 to 9 rooms for 3 nights or 15 room nights = One (1) cocktail reception for one (1) hour.
10 to 19 rooms for 3 nights for 15 room nights = One (1) private function for two (2) hours.
20 to 24 rooms for 3 nights or 75 room nights = One (1) private function for three (3) hours (may be a cocktail reception and dinner).
25 rooms or 75 room nights = Unlimited private functions for up to three (3) hours (may be a cocktail reception and dinner and may not be held on the same day). Effective for new bookings as of January 1, 2013.
*A surcharge of $10 per person, per night will apply for complimentary stays for taxes and gratuities. Room nights qualify from reservations booked through one source when paying the contracted group rate and confirmed at Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta. Complimentary room nights are awarded on room category booked up to Concierge Level. In the event that the Bride and Groom would like to upgrade to a higher category, a credit will be issued based on the rate/room category originally paid. **Locations for private functions will be confirmed 30 days in advance for groups of 50 guests or more or 35 rooms for 3 nights. If minimum requirement is not met, confirmation of location will be assigned at the resort at time of arrival and will be subject to availability. These Wedding Group Benefits apply for new bookings made after August 1, 2012.
